"I contacted White Home Products to replace a large bay window which a previous contractor had badly butchered, but was broken by a flying rock. I had spent a lot of time researching what needed to be done and had contacted probably a half dozen contractors. As soon as they heard it was an insurance claim, they all had reasons why they couldn’t help. When I called WHP I spoke with John Sr. He listened and more important he treated me with respect instantly. He took the time to properly evaluate the situation and work with me to get the window replaced even when my insurance adjuster kept insisting the glass could be replaced. The crew was great. They arrived when they said they would, they were neat, tidy and always courteous and respectful. They corrected the original deficiency’s and made the front of my home something I am once again proud of. In fact, I hired them again to replace my front stairs. Best part- they were very easy to work with as I live in NC and this home is in CT. This was not a hinderous to getting quality work done at a reasonable price. I would absolutely use White Home Products in the future and highly recommend them."
